As Founder of Berkshire Hathaway Preferred Real Estate and a seasoned Realtor with over 20 years of experience in real estate sales, investment, and development, I have committed to providing my clients with the most comprehensive real estate experience possible. I have a strong understanding of the Denver Metro market; historic and new construction properties. I actively advocate the legislative and transportation issues that affect my clients.
I believe that innovative marketing strategies often produce successful results. One part of the office’s efforts to effectively market client’s properties is utilizing an interactive, high-touch “Smart Board” system that creatively presents property, neighborhood, and development information on a large scale.
I was a past President for the Douglas/Elbert Realtor Association (DERA) and am now a Director with the Colorado Real Estate Association and holds memberships with the South Denver Metro Realtor Association (SMDRA), Grand County Board of Realtors, Pikes Peak Realtor Association, and the Denver Board of Realtors (DBR).
I have proudly received the Prudential Chairman’s Circle Award several times for being among Prudential Real Estate’s top 3% of producing agents in the United States. I also received several Roundtable awards through the Denver Board of Realtors.
I also serve the community by volunteering my time on various boards and task forces. I donate to Belle Bonfils Blood Center and Children’s Hospital. I served seven years as a Housing Authority Commissioner for the City of Englewood where I overlooked the needs of the disadvantaged and Senior populations in the cities of Englewood and Sheridan and Arapahoe and Douglas counties.
